i. Problems in product transportation
1. The default Express is YTO Express

2. If there is any damage, take a photo and send it to the customer service immediately. The customer service will arrange to resend it. If the photo cannot be provided, it will not be reshipped.

3. If the product is returned because the customer does not like it or the courier cannot contact the customer, our company will not bear the return freight.

4. If the delivery is lost, our company will contact the courier company to properly handle it. If you need to resend it, we will resend it.

II. About product customization

1. For customized products, our minimum order quantity is 5000-10000 bottles (bottles of the same style can be used for different flavors and outer packages).

2. Our delivery time is usually about 40 days, and 60 days in special cases
