About after-sales:
if the buyer receives the goods, please be sure to check them in person with the Courier. If the quantity of the products is incorrect or damaged, please reject them. Once you sign for them, the buyer shall bear the freight for returning the goods. The seller sends wrong products, lacks functional quality and other problems, and the seller shall bear the return and exchange freight.
Please check the goods in the presence of the courier, sign for it and find that the number of products is insufficient or insufficient. Please take photos of all products at the time and contact customer service for handling.

About ordering:
the shipping address and the name of the consignee. Please give the phone number details, especially the phone number. Keep it as clear as possible. After the goods are delivered, the buyer shall transfer, return, or sign for the wrong address due to the buyer's reason. The Buyer shall bear the expenses and losses incurred. For other customers who send it on behalf of others, there is no bill of parcels by default for the following three orders. For orders with more than three orders, note the delivery on behalf of them.

About logistics:
our default logistics is STO Express. Large items can be sent to Zhongtong Express. If you need other logistics, please contact our customer service. The problem of speed is also a problem that has always troubled us. Please be careful if you order urgent items or have no patience. We cannot promise the specific arrival time of express delivery, you can contact our customer service to check the shipment and urge delivery. I hope you can understand each other that the speed of express delivery and the attitude of individual couriers will not affect our cooperation relationship with you.
