One after-sales explanation

A、Exchange and Return, Warranty:

You can enjoy a return or exchange service for your watch as long as it is not resold.

B. Return and Exchange Conditions:
 【Mix-lot Sample Order】Supports a 7-day no-reason return policy and one-year warranty. Please communicate with the store customer service before returning or exchanging, or we will refuse to process the request.
 Long-term cooperative distributors/wholesalers who receive goods and find quality problems with the products must return approximately 10 defective items for processing (unused and unopened products are directly replaced, while those with external damage due to use can be repaired within the warranty period, and for parts damaged after the warranty period, payment for repair services is required).

C、Return Shipping Costs:
1. Return and exchange costs (shipping packaging, product depreciation, goods inspection and counting, secondary QC):
 ★ Regular-priced stock-out items are only supported for discount exchange to other products.
 ★ Order within one month from the date of purchase, if the product is unsold, the value of the goods will be exempt from discount and the return freight will be paid by the customer.
 ★ Ordering within 2 months of the stockout, the product will be sold at 9.5% of the product value.
 ★ Ordering from 3-5 months after the sale, at 9.5% of the product's value;
 ★ Orders placed over six months with unsold stock will be subject to an 80% discount on the product's value.
 ★ More than one year or over 400 pieces of quantity are not accepted for returns.

  Note: Customized, special price or out of stock items are not included!

2. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Note:

 1. Please ensure that the watch is used without opening the packaging and that the product is complete and undamaged. All returned watches must not affect secondary sales.

 2. Damage to goods caused by human factors will only be repaired and not replaced, and the return postage will be borne by the buyer.

Maintenance Instructions:The free repair services include issues such as loose stitches, loose stones, inaccurate timekeeping, or stoppage due to non-human-caused reasons (for watch problems caused by human factors, only the cost of parts is charged).

Special Note:

 1. Watches are high-precision and high-value goods. Please wear them according to the instructions to ensure the actual service life of the product.

 2. The appearance of the watch is considered a wear-and-tear item, and scratches or strap wear caused by normal use are not covered by the warranty.
