Shortage (quantity not sufficient upon receipt, no mention in the invoice)

1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company staff sign to confirm. We will compensate for the missing parts by finding the shipping company and compensating you.
2. For goods worth over 200 yuan, please inform us within 24 hours after signing for any missing items. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to resolve the issue. If you have not counted the items or have not informed us of the missing quantity in time, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Additionally, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time. If the shortage of goods is caused by insufficient stock, we will refund you, or we will send them together with your next order, but we will not send them separately. Damage: The responsibility for damage due to transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON, JIAJIE). However, we have an obligation to do our best to assist customers in resolving this issue. Our company will use double-layer packaging, adding cushioning, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage. Please (or other person authorized to receive goods) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Shipping Cost Explanation
1. Regarding express delivery, if you choose to use express transportation, please contact us to confirm the express you have selected (such as Best Express, ZTO Express, China Postal Express, SF Express, etc.). After the payment for the goods and the freight are made together, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.
2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)
★Exclusion of Liability
1. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% falls within the disclaimer scope.
2. All the goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipping, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformation of the individual color box packaging. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.
3. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the price. Some buyers have reported that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and they feel that the materials are not of high quality, which is not what they expected. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that some buyers may be too picky. Please forgive us if you are one of them.
