Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or damaged, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage or quality problems, please do not sign or take away the goods first. Contact us for consultation when the courier or freight station; otherwise, signing after the receipt will be considered as no objection to the acceptance of the goods.
 
III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, if the confirmation of receipt is more than 7 days, due to the damage and loss caused by the return of the product, it is all refunded at 80% of the original price. If it exceeds 1 month, we do not provide a return and exchange service without quality problems. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. The return of products with free shipping needs to deduct the shipping cost. Note: (The return of the goods is borne by the buyer).
2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
Small electronic lighting products may have a certain percentage of defective products, which we cannot completely avoid. The normal range of defective products is around 4%. If the defect is within this range, we do not provide after-sales service. If the defect exceeds this range, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while the plastic does not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents inside are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage of 5% is considered normal within the range, and we will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
