 1. Handcrafted items may not be perfect. If you are concerned about imperfections, please be cautious when purchasing! If you don't like them, please avoid them~!
              2. Please inspect the products upon arrival. If there are no feedback on product issues within 7 days after receipt, it will be considered that the customer has confirmed there are no problems with the delivery. If any issues arise later, such as product damage or style issues on the 8th day, we will not process them under any circumstances.
              3. We do not recommend the one-time shipment service for our products, which are fragile. If customers insist on ordering one piece or in quantities below the minimum order, there will be a surcharge of 5 yuan for small items and 10 yuan for large items. Furthermore, if there are any damage, we will not be responsible for it if the customer does not declare it in advance.

After the tray is formed, it will undergo four processes: 1, spraying the base paint, 2, detailing the gold edges, 3, applying the mirror finish, and 4, attaching the back board.

About shipping

Shipping will be done within 3 days based on the order payment sequence, and if there is a large quantity, the customer service will notify in advance, with the actual shipping time being the final standard.

About Express Delivery

We will choose the cheaper shipping method for customers to save their costs. Due to the different packaging of each product, we will adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

About returns and exchanges

If there are any damages, missing items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a replacement, and the shipping fee will be on us. For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
