2.长期合作的批发客户我们实行长拿长保制度。少量拿货客户，我们依据相关法规执行（7天内非人为的质量问题退换货，30天内保修，能源类产品180天内保修）。客户在发现产品质量问题退货时，请用普通快递退回我公司，运费客户垫付.若客户在未与客服沟通情况下，直接退货，我们将不予受理；我公司不接受到付件。

3.买家以不满意或不好卖,买错了为理由，产品实际没有质量问题，我们将不予退换货；

4.保修产品需要在保修时间内退回，产品外观完整可以保修。未经授权擅自修理、改装； 未按正常方法使用、贮存的产品不在保修范围内。
