1. About Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods are generally arranged for shipment within 2 days. Orders placed after 16:30 daily or those paid for after that time will be scheduled for the following day's shipment.

If there are any special reasons that prevent us from shipping on time, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.

2. The default shipping method for our store is standard freight, with freight collected upon delivery. If you need express delivery, please contact our customer service to calculate and modify the freight note.

If the return of the goods is due to the buyer's error in filling in their information, such as a phone number or address, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.

Section Two: About the Price
The prices of products in the store are factory prices, except for a few free shipping products. They do not include any other fees such as shipping costs.

If a company or booth is absolutely required to confirm the sample, the sample fee will be charged based on the product price. If the shipping fee is sent by Fengsheng and the order is confirmed, the sample fee can be returned based on the order situation. Please negotiate with us specifically when you take the sample.

Section Three: About Receiving Goods

1. The transportation company is solely responsible for transporting the products to the designated location. Upon arrival:

2. If there is a shortage of goods, please leave a message to us within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify the situation as soon as possible.

If the goods are damaged, missing, or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.

3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of your goods to avoid damage as much as possible, but it is still difficult to avoid normal transportation losses of 2-3%.

If there is any damage, we will solve it by replenishing parts in the next order and will not send them separately. Please understand.

Section 4: Returns and Exchanges

1. The store does not support a refund without a reason. If the buyer needs to return the goods for personal reasons, the return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and the product is refunded at 80% of the original price.

The damage caused by the return transportation of the product is considerable.
