2. Our store cooperates with YTO Express, Huitong Express, and other courier services. If you need to specify a specific courier service, please note that additional shipping fees will apply. The shipping fees vary depending on the region, and for detailed information, please contact our customer service. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. All logistics shipping fees are collect on delivery.
Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and the refund will be made at 80% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for non-quality problems over 1 month. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. Note: (The above return is the responsibility of the buyer to bear the round-trip freight, if the item is shipped for free, the freight we shipped at the time will be deducted).
2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
Long-term orders can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage of 5% is within the normal range, and the buyer can send the goods back after accumulating 200 yuan (only the logistics freight is reimbursed for express delivery) to cover the next time's payment. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which are not used as reasons for returning the goods.
Four: All toys in our store are not compatible with any high-power batteries such as Nanfu/Shuanglu/Jinbao, as the low-power electric toys have thinner wiring. High-power batteries can easily damage the wires, and any problems caused by batteries will not be responsible for by our store!!!!
