Shortage (received goods in quantity): 1. For goods worth less than 300 yuan, please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. For goods worth more than 300 yuan, please inform us of your shortage within 24 hours after signing. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and try our best to help you solve the problem. In addition, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time, and if the shortage of stock leads to a short shipment, we will refund you, or send it together with your next order, but we will not send it separately.

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company. However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid the occurrence of damage incidents.

Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Solution: After you sign for the courier package, please keep it safely until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, you can return it to the courier staff.

2. The transportation personnel refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.

Solution: Just write down his phone number and name.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...).
