A:Yes, we are a BSCI certified factory

Q2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: we have standard QC system to control the quality.

Q3: Can I get water bottle samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge
for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain
quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier
account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge
to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach

Q4: What is the lead time?
A: Sample:1-3days; small quantity: 15-20days; large order: 20-25days; according to quantity.

Q5: Is it all right to make customers’own brand name?
A: That’s all right to make your own brand name.

Q6:Which kinds of certificate would you have?
A: LFGB, BPA Free, BSCI etc.

Q7:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design of water bottle?
A: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,
etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final
