The relief carving is a large-sized goods. We ship it with unified logistics. After the goods arrive, you need to pick them up yourself. The freight will be paid to the logistics when you pick up the goods. The logistics does not deliver the goods to your door! (The logistics shipping only reaches the city and county)

We use layered white raw materials, reinforced with hard cardboard boxes and wooden frames to minimize damage during transportation.
Please ensure to inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are any damages, don't worry. Take photos and send them to us within 24 hours. After confirming the quantity, we will record it and send it to you in the next shipment, without making a separate shipment.
If you no longer need the goods and wish to refund, we will process the refund based on the price at which the product was sold.
