Buyer's Note:

1: The Golden Piggy Bank is a fragile item. We do not offer free shipping. The free shipping option is only for convenience and does not include any shipping fees when you make the purchase. The Golden Eggs are generally shipped via logistics and buyers need to pick them up at the logistics point in the city or county; this is different from express delivery. When you make the purchase, we do not charge shipping fees, and the shipping fees are paid to the logistics company when you pick up the goods.

2: Please handle with care, do not invert the packaging box, and do not drop it. Please open the box for inspection upon receipt. If there is any damage, please check the quantity with the logistics staff. Our compensation is only based on the logistics verification. In the event of special circumstances where verification is not possible, the whole box photo will be used as the standard. Please contact us within 24 hours after signing the receipt. Since the Golden Egg is a fragile item, for safety during transportation, we use double-layer packaging. Customers who need to transfer should plan for more, in case of damage during transportation, to avoid affecting your event plans.
3: We usually ship after noon, and if you place an order after 1:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day. Within the province, it usually takes one day, except for remote areas, which usually takes 3 to 7 days (except for goods that need to be transited). Due to the many uncertainties of logistics, we will not be responsible for any losses caused by logistics time issues. Therefore, if you need urgent deliveries, please be cautious when placing orders, and it is best to contact our customer service before placing the order. We will try to find fast and cheap logistics companies to avoid delaying the event.

1. The quantity of goods purchased by each customer is different, and the shipping fee is also different, so it is impossible to set a uniform fee. 2. All fragile items are specially packaged with shock-resistant packaging. Each egg is double-layered shock-resistant packaging and then added with a wooden box for additional shock resistance, ensuring your peace of mind!

3. Handle the product with care, only open the box from the edges, and do so in the presence of the carrier. Do not invert or apply heavy pressure. If there is any serious damage, please inspect it in person and have the logistics sign to acknowledge it. Contact our customer service within 12 hours. For any damage exceeding 10%, we will provide compensation!

4. You can cut open the bottom of the golden egg to put in the lottery ticket or small gift, and then seal it with a dry adhesive tape.
