The color, pattern, and packaging of the products on the web are for reference only. Due to lighting in photography and color differences on different monitors, there may be color differences between the product images and the actual items. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy. If the color, pattern, or packaging of the product differs from the description on Alibaba, this does not constitute a quality issue, and we do not accept returns.

3、关于售后

a) Goods damaged due to human factors (e.g., unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, etc.), incomplete packaging, and goods that have been processed more than once are not eligible for returns.

b) Since the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, the packaging and the images on the website or the goods you previously purchased may be different, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.

c) Products in multiple colors and styles are defaulted to be randomly mixed. The company will make every effort to meet the customer's specified product color and style in the order notes. If a single order cannot meet the customer's requirements due to the color and style of the warehouse inventory, we do not accept returns caused by this.

d) The reasons for personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance) are not eligible for returns; if the buyer subjectively believes that the quality of the goods is defective, please provide a written appraisal recognized by law, otherwise no returns will be allowed.

e) Express damage: Please verify whether there is any damage or loss of goods before signing for the delivery. If there is, please ask the courier to issue a proof before signing, and contact us. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the courier company, and we cannot assume any after-sales service, including loss or damage of the goods.

5. About Shipping

We are wholesale enterprises and do not sell to individuals. If you are purchasing for personal use (e.g., if most of the products in your order are 1 or 2 pieces), please look elsewhere. We cannot guarantee timely shipping for individual customers.

6 about the return

If there are any quality issues with the goods, you can exchange or return them within 60 days. We accept one exchange or return per order. You can accumulate the defective goods and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please prepay the postage, and we will reimburse you for the parcel's 1-kilogram express fee after receiving the goods. This fee will be calculated according to the standards announced on our website (the shipping and return express fees are the same).
