Hello! The prices we mentioned above are generally based on several price ranges, and we have already calculated the factory prices based on the production costs.

Question 3: If there are quality issues with your products, can they be returned for a refund? What if, after wholesale, an individual finds they don't like the product? How are the return shipping costs calculated?

Dear customer, if you encounter any quality issues with the product after receiving it, you can return it within 7 days without any conditions. We will cover the return shipping costs. If it's a matter of personal preference, you can also exchange or return the product within 7 days after receiving it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Hello! Our products in stock are mid-range products suitable for the mass consumer group. If you need high-end and specialized quality, you can come to us for custom-made orders. We can help you produce them. Most of our products are individually packaged, with a small portion being mixed packaging.

Question 5: What are the requirements for custom-made styles from samples or drawings at your factory? For example, what are the requirements for the quantity and deposit? How long is the typical lead time for shipping?

Dear customer, the quantity for custom-made styles usually requires at least 120 pairs to 12,000 pairs or more, depending on the specific style. Once the customer has decided on the style and quantity and paid a 1/3 deposit of the total payment, the remaining 2/3 of the payment should be settled upon delivery.
