4. About Drop Shipping
Our store supports one-time distribution. For after-sales issues caused by subjective factors other than damage, we are not responsible. For example, if you don't like the clothes, they don't fit, there are color differences, size mismatches, or there are differences in your expectations... If the clothes are damaged, we will bear the shipping costs. For other reasons, such as returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for their own shipping costs. However, the buyer should first pay for the shipping and, after receiving the clothes and confirming the quality issue, we will compensate the shipping fee to the buyer's account. 5. About After-sales Service
Retail customers are not supported for returns, but enjoy a 7-day exchange service. You can exchange for other styles or colors of the same price. Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Wholesale orders of 3 or more items are supported. Wholesale orders are not supported for returns or exchanges within 7 days. Support for exchanges of 10% of the order quantity for other styles or colors of the same price (discontinued products are not eligible for exchanges and each order can only be exchanged once, after the time limit, no action will be taken). If the customer receives goods with quality issues, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt to register and process, and provide clear problem photos! 6. About Shipping
Payment will be processed within 48 hours after receipt. In case of stockout, we will promptly send a replacement. If you require a different courier, please contact our customer service. If necessary, you will need to pay the difference. We only use SF Express for payment on delivery.
