Answer: The design draft needs to provide AI, CDR, PDF and other original documents. If there is no original draft design, clear pictures can be provided.

Q: Does mold fees include proofing fee? How many samples can I provide?
Answer: mold fees is the proofing fee. 2-3 samples are provided. For example, only 1 sample is provided for samples with a large amount. If the customer needs to add more samples (no more than 5 samples), sample fee will be charged separately according to unit price.

Q: How many days is the proofing?
Answer: proofing is usually within 7-9 days, depending on the complexity of product design.

Q: How do I know if the product you made is consistent with the design of the customer, can I change the mold in the middle?
A: After receiving the mold fees, our company will draw 2D or 3D effect pictures according to the mold technicians to confirm to the customer. Before the mold is officially opened, the customer can put forward suggestions for modification, our company can modify the mold scheme under the condition that it can be achieved technically. In the process of mold opening, if the modification is proposed under the condition that the mold has been confirmed due to the customer's reasons, the cost of redoing the mold will be borne by the customer.

Q: Can you make an invoice? How many points can you add to the invoice?
A: If you can issue an invoice, add 3 points to ordinary VAT invoice and 11.5 points to the VAT invoice (the industry tax point is relatively high)

A: Our payment method is 30% down payment, and the balance must be paid before shipment.
