Product Repair:

1. If the product has quality problems (in the case of non-human damage), the buyer can accumulate the products and send them back for exchange at a time after they have accumulated a certain amount of bad products, the changed products can also be sent back together with the ordered goods when ordering next time.

2. Send us the products that need to be repaired, please fill in correctly (specify the contact name, address, phone number and the problem of the products in detail), and we will return the products to you according to the contact address you filled in.

3. We are not responsible for the round-trip freight for product repair, and the customer must pay by himself.

Return and exchange issues:

1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year warranty).
