Our store operates on the principle of low profit margin and high volume sales. We do not negotiate prices, and there is no free shipping (except during official promotions), as all prices listed on our website are wholesale prices. We have set three different prices based on the quantity of orders placed by our customers. The more you order, the lower the price you will receive. Please do not waste your time trying to negotiate prices with us, as we guarantee the quantity and quality of our products. This is more cost-effective than anything else.

We want to ensure that since our dear customers have spent a lot of time and effort to select the goods they like and have placed an order, we must provide them with a very pleasant shopping experience. To prevent a lack of stock from causing an unpleasant shopping experience, our company now has three warehouses in stock, and we are doing our best to ensure the stability of the supply. About shipping costs = there are two types (logistics costs and courier costs)

1. Logistics costs

Dear customers, if you feel that the courier fees are too expensive, you can choose to send logistics. All logistics items are paid upon arrival, and we do not charge any transportation fees. When the goods arrive at their destination, the logistics company will notify you to pick up the goods with the recipient's ID card. You will pay the freight to the logistics company when you pick up the goods. Due to the different standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and some places need to transfer, we cannot give you an accurate figure. The actual fees charged by the logistics company are the standard. (Note: Due to the small volume of glasses and sunglasses, they are packed very small, and it is easy for the logistics company to lose the small packages. Moreover, if they lose the items, they will not compensate, which will cause trouble to everyone. In order to reduce the risk, our company decides that each order must be at least 10 kilograms to send logistics, and if it is less than 10 kilograms, it will be sent by express delivery.)

2. Express Delivery Fee

Express delivery charges are based on weight, and for the convenience of our customers, we have set the weight of the goods and the express delivery standards in the background. The fees shown after the purchase are the actual express shipping fees. Each cooperation with the courier is different, and the standards are also different, so please do not always complain that you pay less when buying elsewhere, and why do you pay so much when buying from my home.

About shipping

All orders placed and paid within 48 hours will be shipped, possibly the same day or the next day, at the latest not more than two days. Due to the large daily shipment volume, we ship based on the order placement sequence. Please understand! (During events, if the order volume is large, the shipping time may be adjusted. Generally, there will be announcements. For details, please consult the customer service. Unless there is a special situation, the orders will be shipped on schedule.)

About Color Difference

Because everyone's display settings and resolutions are different, along with other factors, digital images will have some color differences, whether more or less. We believe that whatever we do should be genuine, so we hope to capture the details of the objects as realistically as possible through the images, so that what you get is what you see. Both the flat layout and the detailed images are all taken from our own physical objects.

We have been continuously improving the photography effects, but due to differences in camera, display parameters, and lighting factors, it is still difficult to avoid color differences between the actual item and the photo. Therefore, please refer to the actual color of the item.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. The following situations allow for returns and exchanges:

1. If the goods are damaged, sent incorrectly (in terms of color, style), missing, have large stains, or are severely damaged to the point of being unsaleable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate the handling. If our company determines that the problem is indeed due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by our company. We refuse to accept payment on delivery, so please pre-pay the shipping costs for us. The expenses will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account through Alipay. (Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept the return).

2. The following circumstances do not allow returns or exchanges:

1. Occasionally, small bubbles, scratches, or minor imperfections that do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems, and there is no such thing as a perfect product.

3. Man-made defects, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of the logistics company.

4. Buyer's subjective judgment issues (e.g., do not like, different from what I imagined, different from others, material does not meet the imagination, poor hand feeling, looks not high-grade, etc.)

The color of the shipment before and after has differences, as the batch is different each time, it is difficult to ensure that the product color is exactly the same as the previous batch.
