1. Specify the requirements.
Please as much as possible understand the goods before you buy, if you have any questions, please leave a message and the customer service will reply to you as soon as possible. When purchasing, please indicate the color in the "comment for the seller"!
2、Supply is abundant.
Our store has a sufficient supply of goods, so you can rest assured to make a purchase. If there is a temporary shortage, it will be indicated on the product display images. If there is an occasional stockout that we are unable to update in time,
The store will contact the buyer as soon as possible to negotiate a solution. We appreciate your understanding.
3、Color Difference Issue.
All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are requested to try on the products in the physical store before making an order.
4. Return and exchange handling.
Please carefully inspect the goods within 3 days of receiving them. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large-area scratches on the lenses, you may contact customer service for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 3 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
As we are wholesale manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect and may have minor imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we hope you will understand! We refuse to deal with middlemen, allowing the profits to truly return to consumers!
5. Sign-Receipt Instructions.
Please do not sign the receipt immediately upon receiving the package. Always open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier to ensure there are no damages or shortages before accepting the delivery.
Please contact the shopkeeper (whose contact information is on the delivery slip) on the spot. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity, content, and integrity of the goods. The shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company on behalf of the buyers!
Please forgive us for not being responsible for any losses caused by discrepancies in the goods, lack, or damage. If you encounter any issues with the items after receiving them, please contact us immediately! Our shopkeeper will work with the buyer to resolve the problem.
