[Usage] open the packing bag and take out the product:

1. Cold Compress: place the product in the refrigerator, store or freeze it at the temperature you need (recommended for more than 10 minutes), and apply it to the part that needs cooling and cold compress after taking it out, when the dressing temperature is close to the body surface, it can be cooled again and recycled repeatedly.

2.
