1. When installing new tools, you must test if the tool is jumping. If it is, you cannot perform the work directly. You must adjust it until it stops jumping before using it. Otherwise, the tool will wear out quickly, and the carved products will not be smooth. Adjustment method: Use the small wrench to gently tap the tool handle while it is rotating at high speed until the tool is stable. Electronic machines are strictly prohibited from being struck. The adjustment method is to loosen the clamp, rotate the tool by an angle or extend and retract it slightly.

2. To cool down by dripping water (similar to the drip device used in hospital intravenous drip), such as in dry drilling, the diamond on the tool head will graphitize due to overheating, leading to rapid wear and failure.

3. When drilling, try to avoid shaking, as shaking can cause local damage to the tool and accelerate the overall damage to the tool.


4. Light pressure is applied for feeding, as diamond tools are processed by grinding. Excessive force can make it difficult to remove the grinding dust, and the tools (especially small ones) are also prone to damage.
