1. The customer has the intention to purchase springs from our factory, and they inquire about the price based on the corresponding specifications and models. Our factory checks the materials and quotes the price based on the spring specifications and models required by the customer.

2. After confirming that the goods are available and reaching an agreement on the price with the customer, your company will send the billing information and related materials to our factory by fax for record-keeping, so that our factory can issue an invoice to your company after the delivery.

3. Due to the different regions of our clients, we will communicate with them before shipping to discuss logistics. Our factory currently offers two shipping methods: freight and courier logistics. Clients can choose to have us arrange the logistics or solve it themselves based on their own circumstances.

4. After the logistics is formed, our side will notify the customer to make the payment through Alipay or the enterprise's public account. (If the customer chooses to make the payment through the enterprise's public account, the corresponding operation must be completed before the shipment. Once we confirm the receipt of the payment, we will immediately ship the goods for the customer.)

5. After the customer receives the goods and has no other objections, our factory will issue a general tax-paying vendor value-added invoice to the customer within 7 working days according to the customer's requirements. The invoice will be delivered to the customer by courier.

6. The entire transaction was successfully concluded, and we will assume the corresponding after-sales service responsibilities.
