Purchasing Terms and Conditions:

① Please remember not to sign the receipt immediately upon receiving the goods! Always inspect the goods in the presence of the delivery personnel before signing! Once the goods are signed for, it represents mutual recognition of the goods, with no further dispute! The goods will be shipped to the address provided by you (the address you left on the web page when purchasing the goods), and if the person signing for the parcel at your place (such as your family, colleagues, gatekeeper, classmates, etc.) is considered as your receipt. If you contact us after signing to report machine or accessory loss, discrepancy in quantity, or serious damage, we will not be responsible!

2. Due to the large amount of capital required for wholesale of mobile phones, we kindly ask all friends to inspect the goods for quality issues upon receipt and confirm them promptly, along with a 5-star review. This will entitle you to a one-year free warranty privilege, except for damage caused by human error.

3. If a buyer gives a negative review for unreasonable reasons such as "positive reviews do not return the money, then give a negative review," etc., the warranty will not be provided.

Warranty Terms

1. 7-day exchange guarantee: If the purchased product exhibits a non-manual damage performance fault within 7 days from the date of purchase, you can choose to exchange for the same model, specification, and color, or have it repaired. We do not support returns or exchanges for different models. (The shipping cost for the first 7 days is shared equally.)

2. One-year warranty: For one year from the date of purchase, if the purchased product experiences a performance fault due to non-human factors, you are entitled to one year of free mainboard warranty service.

3. Batteries, headphones, mobile phone speakers, charging devices, storage cards, data transmission devices, displays, and other items are not included in the exchange and warranty list!

4. Our store sells the goods at wholesale prices. We have a high profit margin, and we do not accept returns! (Please do not purchase if you disagree)

5. During the exchange period, the postage is to be borne by each party separately (i.e., if you send it to me, you pay the postage; if I send it to you, I pay the postage); during the warranty period, the return postage is to be borne by the buyer!

Warranty Exchange Exclusion Clause

The following situations do not fall within the warranty and exchange range:

1. The fragile warranty sticker on the body, which becomes blurred, torn, or altered.

3. Damage caused by third-party disassembly, modification, or revision (including unauthorized modifications) that is not covered by the warranty.

Damage caused by inevitable factors such as floods, fires, lightning strikes, and wars.
7. Goods sold with a note stating that they do not enjoy the three-pack service.

Note: Software issues, display screens, mobile phone speakers, and Bluetooth headsets are not covered by the warranty. For returned machines, only the bare device (do not include the back cover) is required to be sent back, and please include a note detailing the specific symptoms of your machine's issue (the more specific, the better).
