1. Our store promises
Responsible for the information directly released by our company. If there is a discrepancy between words and deeds, causing direct losses to merchants, the website will bear the responsibility. However, we refuse to bear the losses caused by the customer's own reasons (such as not reading the product details, product attributes. For example, single pendant is not matched with chains, the product does not have a packaging box, the product size and imagination are different, etc.) We hope customers can read more and ask more.
Product images are real shots of the actual items, but some are from the internet. Our company will estimate and verify the products based on the customer's customized needs.
During the production process, merchants are required to prepay the mold fee, ranging from 0 to 100 yuan. After our company receives the sample produced by the mold, we will communicate, confirm, and verify it. Only then will we proceed with the production.
For large custom orders, before production begins, merchants must pre-pay a 20-50% down payment based on the quantity of the custom order.
