Question 1: Will it turn black over time?

Answer: We guarantee that it will not turn black within one year. It is made of 316 stainless steel. 

Question 2: Are they a set of separate necklace pieces or earring pieces? 

Answer: Yes, they are separate.

Question 3: Does it come with a box?   

Answer: Our products are all packaged in self-sealing bags, and you need to purchase boxes separately.  

Wholesale Instructions

1. The total amount of wholesale purchases is higher than 300 yuan or more than 5 pieces, and it supports mixed batches (single item quantity of 2PCS is also allowed).

The styles that can be photographed with 2PCS are all in stock, but due to the large number of styles, there may be instances where products are out of stock but not immediately removed from the listing. If you order a product, we will contact you promptly once we discover the situation.

  2. About returns and exchanges: Since the products are fashion trend consumer goods, there are people who like them and others who do not. If the reason for the return does not involve quality issues, we do not provide a refund but only an exchange. The product details page clearly states the product's dimensions and materials. Please carefully check before purchasing. All jewelry has imperfections and these are not grounds for returns.

3. After-sales service: If the product you receive has quality issues that affect wearing, please contact our after-sales service promptly and provide the bad product photos to our after-sales customer service. Our customer service will give you a satisfactory reply within a short time.

4. Other:

Please open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier after receiving the shipment. If you have already signed for the delivery, it indicates that the quantity and quality of the goods are in order and we will not accept any return requests. If the package is damaged or the quantity does not match the list, please contact us immediately in the presence of the courier and have the courier note this situation on the return receipt.

 ●If the buyer receives a product with quality issues and it has not been used or the accessories are intact, they can apply for a exchange for an equal value product or a return. Please keep the packaging intact for the return.

● Exchange or return should be applied for within 24 hours of receipt, and returned within 24 hours of the application.
