Size Selection:Please confirm the size before purchase. Not all shoes are standard sizes. The inside length of the shoe is measured by hand and there is a reasonable error of about 0.5cm. When choosing children's shoe sizes, please note the following: Most children's shoe sizes are factory standards and there is no unified standard (the size of the same shoes may be different). Please measure the foot length. For summer styles, it is recommended to add 0.5cm to the foot length to equal the inside length of the shoe, and for spring and autumn styles and winter styles, it is recommended to add 1cm to the foot length to equal the inside length of the shoe (the cm written behind each size is the inside length of the shoe).
Shipping time:Shipping time: Generally, orders placed before 4:20 PM will be shipped the same day. (If the product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.)
Shipping by courier:The store defaults to sending by YTO, Yunda, Best, STO, and Post. If you need to specify any of these couriers, please make a note when submitting your order. (Post delivery is slow, and there is no guarantee that it will be shipped after a message is left).
Lighting Indication: Because the shoes are not USB-connected, they are powered by a battery in the sole that charges the light. Sometimes, with repeated use, the light may stop working, with one shoe shining and the other not, or one shoe being bright and the other dim. All of these are normal occurrences. If you encounter issues with the light, such as one side being brighter or dimmer than the other, or one shoe shining while the other does not, or if the color balance is uneven, we do not consider these to be quality issues. People who are concerned about these issues should be cautious when purchasing!
Inventory Problem:Our store canThe quantity for sale is not the actual stock on hand. This is a sales model with a time cycle. There may not be stock on hand when you make a purchase. Please be aware that the shipping time at our store is generally 48 hours. If there is a shortage of stock or other circumstances preventing the shipment, we will notify you later. Our system prints the shipping labels and automatically triggers the shipping process, which is for the warehouse to prepare the goods (the shipping time is not the same as the courier's pickup time).
