Dear boss, hello! Welcome to our store. The 7-day no-reason policy applies only to individual retail customers; wholesale bosses are not covered by this 7-day no-reason policy.

Dear:

After submitting your order, contact customer service to have the shipping cost calculated for you. All employees at Liandi Le Toy Company wish you success in business!

★Product Quotation
1. The product has been quoted at the most advantageous ex-factory price, typically based on the prices listed on Alibaba’s website. All quotes are ex-factory prices and do not include shipping or any other costs. All payments are settled in RMB (unit: yuan).
2. Since toy materials can change frequently, please consult the Wangwang customer service before placing an order to get the latest price.

★ Payment Methods
1. Online payment is supported.
2. For bank transfers, please contact us to obtain the necessary banking details.

★ Shipping Instructions
1. Regarding shipping, if you choose express delivery, please contact us to confirm the carrier you prefer (Yunda, Zhongtong, Guotong, SF Express, etc.). After paying both the payment and shipping fees, we will ship within 72 hours. In case of any special circumstances, we will notify you in advance.
2. Regarding logistics, the shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the shipping station. The shipping information can be provided by the customer themselves (please provide the澄海 shipping contact number) or we can select the most suitable option for you! (Note: We can only estimate the freight cost for the buyer; the actual amount will depend on the pickup amount. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time at the shipping station. Please understand, thank you!)

★Delivery Standards
1. When picking up the goods, the buyer should carefully inspect them in front of the logistics company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company in person; if an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet and contact us at the freight station for discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
2. We ship for clients and handle the shipping procedures. The freight is paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs upon pickup, it can be compensated using the freight amount. It is generally recommended not to pay in advance.

★Sample fee
Whether the customer is for retail, wholesale, or gift orders, we treat all clients equally and do not provide samples free of charge. If a sample is indeed required, it will be sold at a price 20% higher than the retail price. The difference in cost will be refunded after the order is confirmed.

★After-sales Service
1. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, repairs or modifications made without authorization, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, or items beyond the post-sale service period.

★ Disclaimer
1. All products we sell undergo strict inspection by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 98%-99% of the products will have no issues upon delivery, while 1%-2% falls under the exclusion of liability.
2. All goods issued by this business enterprise are brand new. Before shipment, we ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean, and the outer boxes are sturdy. However, during transportation, especially on long-distance routes between cities, some products may suffer damage due to shipping conditions (such as minor scratches from collisions, or slight deformation of colored box packaging). The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control; we will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
3. Our toys are high quality at affordable prices—they offer great value for money. Some buyers report issues such as rough craftsmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the items. However, these do not constitute quality problems. Nothing is perfect; please understand that some buyers may be too picky. Consider these factors carefully before purchasing, and feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
4. All dimensions are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is normal. All images are uploaded from actual photography; due to factors such as lighting and different monitors, there may be some color variations. Please understand.
