We has built up worldwide business with high end customers from U.S.A. and Europe.  Fullstar has always been regarded as a supplier of high-end products. We are offering private labeling, OEM, ODM service to many famous global brands.

Our goal is to focus on quality, offering low prices and punctual delivery. In order to achieve this goal we have built a complete production system, ranging from manufacturing the molds to the final packaging. We put together a team of skilled workers and an efficient management team.

1. Q: Can we have some samples? 

A: Yes, we can provide 1-2 free sample for your checking, but need to deliver by freight collect.

2.Q: How long can you send the samples out?

A:  For some existing stock sample, we can send it out within 3 days; for some special color sample or items which we don't have sample stock, we need 5-7 working days for preparing.

3. Q: What's your leadtime for mass production?

A: 30-40days for production after we receive your deposit or original LC.

4. Q: Can you accept small order?

A: Yes, we can accept trial orders, it is starting of business, but the price will be higher than normal order.

5. Q: Can we print logo on products?

 A: Yes, just send us your logo design . And it will cost $0.03/pc.

6. Q: How does your factory control the quality? 

A: We have 8 people in QC department, they are in charge of different process to ensure goods in good quality to all of our customers.

7. Q: What about your payment terms?

A: T/T with 30% Deposit and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L, Or LC at sight(for order amount more then 10,000usd)
