Answer: The mold fee, also known as the prototype fee, provides 2-3 samples. If the amount is large, only one sample is provided. If the customer needs additional samples (no more than 5), the sample fee will be charged separately based on the product unit price.

Question: How many days for the prototype? How many days for the bulk order?

Answer: The prototype of products that require metalworking dies is generally available in 8-15 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. The mass production usually takes about 12-20 days. Leather custom-made die products usually take about 7 days for the prototype, and mass production usually takes 10-15 days. The specific time depends on the quantity, and urgent orders can be accelerated by adding production costs.

Question: How can I be sure that the product you make matches the design of the guest, and can the mold be changed in the middle?

Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange for mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Before the formal molding begins, the customer can make suggestions for modifications. If our company can technically achieve the modifications, we will modify the mold plan. If during the molding process, the customer makes modifications after confirming the mold drawings due to their own reasons, the re-making mold costs will be borne by the customer.

Question: Can you issue a receipt? How many points will it be added?

Answer: Yes, we can issue invoices. For general invoices, an additional 5% will be charged, and for value-added tax invoices, an additional 10% will be charged (due to the higher industry tax points).
