2. About after-sales service: Flowers are fresh products, which are easy to lose during transportation. If the goods are damaged within 15%, it is normal loss, which needs to be borne by yourself, we will compensate for more than 15% of the loss according to the situation. If there is any problem with the arrival of the goods, please take photos and contact customer service immediately. After-sales service will not be allowed for more than 24 hours. Flowers are timely. Please understand. We will not bear the problems of flower cultivation in the later period, and there are too many factors affecting flowers. (The Rose outer petals are injured and some yellow petals can be peeled off the outer old petals, which is not damaged)

[Special note]: according to the particularity of flower products, please confirm the order before payment. Flowers will be stocked one after another after payment. If you need to adjust the buyer after stock, you need to pay 50% of the loss fee of flower materials, the product cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment. The loss caused by incorrect address filling shall be borne by the buyer himself.

About Transportation: no free shipping is available for flowers. By default, small items are in the cold chain of Zhongtong. If large items need to be delivered, contact customer service. If the freight varies according to different cities, arbitariec of the goods that need to be transferred in remote cities need to be borne by themselves, we can't determine the cost either.
