【Signature Reminder】

Buyers must personally sign for the delivery or authorize a third party to do so. When signing for the delivery, please ensure that the outer packaging is intact. 【Exchange or return issue】 

1. This store is an Alibaba certified merchant, and all products support a seven-day return policy without any reason.  For returns or exchanges caused by product defects or our mistakes, we will bear the return shipping costs; however, if the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons, such as disliking the product or making an error, the buyer will bear all shipping costs. 3. For the returned express delivery due to product issues, the buyer will advance pay the shipping fee. All items with a collect shipping option will be refused. After the replacement or return process is completed, we will refund the shipping fee you paid to us at the time of purchase to your Alipay account or contact us to apply for a refund.
