1. Pre-sale instructions:

After the logo design is confirmed, both parties will determine the final price. Once the client clicks the link and makes the payment, we will begin the printing process.

Section Two: Customization Instructions:

The logo and text of the advertising cup are provided by the customer. After our company typesets and produces them, we will send them back for the customer to confirm if there are no mistakes, and then they can be printed.

III. Time Specification:

Customized advertising cups with a quantity of less than 1000 require approximately 1 day to print the logo.

IV. Logistics Description:

The price of this product does not include shipping fees. All customers across the country will choose logistics to ship with freight collect (please rest assured that freight collect by courier is more expensive, and the price of logistics prepaid and collect is the same). The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The shipping fee is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will choose a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees to ship. The general logistics fee is about 1%-5% of the actual goods.

V. Image Description:

All the images in our store are taken from actual products, so please rest assured when making a purchase. Due to differences in camera imaging or monitor frequencies, there may be a slight color difference, which is normal. If the product looks different from what you imagined, it is not within the scope of exchange.

Sample Description:

To maintain market order, products are sold in bulk supply only, without retail. For sample requests from distributors, please pay the sample fee and shipping costs. For more details, please contact our customer service.

7. Signing Instructions:

During the transportation process, there may be cases of missing items. Please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correctness of the quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing goods on the parcel form. The parcel may have signs of being opened. Please contact us immediately, and we will handle the situation appropriately. If there are any problems after signing, we are sorry but we cannot help. If someone else signs on your behalf, it is also considered as a receipt. We hope that our customers will understand!
