About after-sales

the product enjoys a one-year shelf life from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem (except human damage), it can be replaced free of charge within 15 days, and it can be repaired or replaced free of charge within 15 days. The return freight within 180 days is borne by our factory, half of the freight will be borne within one year, and free maintenance service will still be provided one year later, without bearing the freight.

You cannot enjoy free warranty service under the following circumstances:

A. Damage caused by improper use and installation of power supply
B. Damage caused by incorrect use or improper repair and modification
C. Damage caused by incorrect or negligent use of inappropriate accessories
D. Damage caused by other accidents
