Answer: The design draft should provide original files such as AI/CDR/PDF, if there are no original design drafts, clear images can be provided.

Before the formal molding begins, the customer can make suggestions for modifications. If our company can technically achieve the modifications, we will modify the mold plan. If during the molding process, the customer makes modifications after confirming the mold drawings due to their own reasons, the re-making mold costs will be borne by the customer.

Answer: Yes, we can issue invoices. For general invoices, an additional 7% will be charged, and for value-added tax invoices, an additional 14% will be charged (the industry tax point is relatively high)

Answer: Our payment method is a 30% down payment, and the balance must be paid in full before shipping.
