Customization Instructions
1. To ensure the quality of the finished product, please ensure that the photos used are rich in color, bright, and of high clarity, to avoid affecting the printing effect. The image should be in the formats of AI, PSD, CDR, TIF, PDF, or JPG, with a resolution of no less than 300dpi. If you are unsure whether the pixel count meets the requirements, you can send the images to us for confirmation.
2. We strictly control the processing time and temperature to ensure the printing effect. After processing, there are specialized personnel to check the quality against the original picture, and to eliminate products with incorrect printing positions or significant color deviations.
3. For mass production, we will confirm the pre-production version first and then produce in bulk. The production time is normally about 3 days before the goods can be shipped. If it's just one-off distribution or personalized custom, the goods can be shipped the next day (except for holidays).
