1. Does the car need to be assembled after arrival?

2. Do you have an invoice, instruction manual, and certificate of quality?

Answer: There are instructions and certificates of quality, default without invoice. If you need an invoice, please contact the customer service for an increase in tax points.

3. What express delivery method do you use? How many days after payment does the shipment take? How many days after shipment does the arrival take?

Answer: Our default express delivery services include Yunda, Best, SF Express, and Debon etc. If you need to specify a different service, please contact our customer service. Bicycles are large items, and they need to be individually picked and carefully packed in our warehouse. Therefore, after payment, it usually takes up to 48 hours to dispatch the goods. Generally, the goods will arrive within 3 to 5 days from the day of shipping, and in some remote areas, it may take 5 to 8 days. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, there may be some delays. As we are also customers of the courier services, we cannot precisely control the transportation time. 4. Will there be any wear during transportation?

Answer: Because our bicycles are large items, strict packaging measures have been taken before shipping. Due to the product characteristics of this industry, it is inevitable that there will be some scratches and wear during transportation, which may cause some minor scratches to the bicycle. We hope you can understand. If the buyer cannot accept this, please consider carefully before purchasing.

5. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color differences caused by different monitors.

About warranty: All bicycles sold come with a warranty. If a buyer needs to replace defective parts within the warranty period, they must send the defective parts back to our store. We will promptly send the new parts by courier to the buyer. For the first 7 days after receipt, the buyer and the store will share the shipping costs equally. After 7 days, the buyer is responsible for both ways of shipping costs.
