Ordering Guide

(Sample fee: We do not provide free samples to either retail or gift order customers. If you really need a sample, we will sell it at 20% above the actual retail price. You can recover the difference in sample fees after confirming the order.)

Mixed Lot Instructions:

New customers can mix batch purchase of new products in different quantities at the actual price (the freight charge will be determined by the freight station and the actual freight charge will apply)

For re-purchases, the quantity must be based on the product boxes, and the price is calculated based on the factory price. If you purchase the same product, you can request a refund for the sample fee that exceeds the balance. (Note: The balance difference for the purchased same product)

Please choose the products you can sell based on your actual situation, as different price points have different performance.

Due to the nature of the product, the profit is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: either Alipay (Alipay) or bank transfer.

Shipping Instructions:

Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipping as much as possible. If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Signature Instructions:

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Problem 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, please keep it safely until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, you can return it to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the goods.
