Wholesale Distribution Instructions

Please read the following information carefully, the order will take effect after payment. If you have any other objections, please contact the online customer service to understand before placing an order.

Transportation Problem

Courier: Small items sent by [YTO Express], large items sent by [Dehong Express], packaging larger than normal is charged based on volume, and if there are any issues, please contact customer service.

Logistics: Freight is supported by payment on delivery or self-collection, and the customer can provide the logistics station information or we can choose the delivery logistics.

Shipping issue

Delivery: Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day, unless it falls on a weekend or a special event day when the volume of orders increases. In that case, the orders will be shipped in the order they were placed, and we appreciate your understanding.

Wholesale: Large order shipments will be dispatched within 1-2 working days if the supply is sufficient, or the shipping time can be agreed upon separately.

Delivery Problem

Please carefully inspect the outer box upon receipt, and if you find any signs of damage or tampering, make sure to open the box in front of you to inspect the goods! If there are any shortages or damage, please contact us to coordinate the handling (phone: 13322734077). Otherwise, signing the order receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

After-sales issues

The buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons. Under the premise of no damage to the packaging and the product, the product will be recovered at 80% of the unit price. The buyer will bear the shipping and return freight costs, and the shipping cost of the free shipping products will also need to be borne. All our products are inspected before shipment to ensure that there are no damage, and the packaging is reinforced. There are various uncertainties in the transportation process, and our factory can only guarantee that 95%-98% of the products arrive without problems.
