Generally, products can be ordered in a single box, but for some products, you need to order five or even ten boxes to place an order. We will inform you during the negotiation! Our company does not support mixed batches or retail, and each style is ordered by the box.
a. Our company can accept EXW, FRC, DCP, FOB, C&F, CIF and other price terms. We can quote the price once the customer provides the corresponding information (such as specific requirements of the product, quantity, port of shipment, destination port, destination, price terms, etc.). If there are any other special requirements, please notify in advance so that the sales staff can arrange adjustments.
b. Our company's website directly reports the factory price (i.e., the factory delivery price, no tax, no freight, no any additional fees), and before purchasing some products, it is necessary to consult the new price to prevent the product from being updated in time.
a. Our existing products support online direct transactions and bank transfers. We will ship the goods once the payment is received.

If there are any quality issues with the goods that affect their use, please raise them as soon as possible after receiving the shipment and provide us with quality proof from an authoritative department. We will resolve the quality issues of the products based on the actual situation and bear the costs incurred in resolving the quality problems, but we will not assume any other responsibilities related to the products. If the issues are caused by the customer's reasons, we will not assume any responsibility. Before our shipment is loaded, we recommend that the customer comes to the factory for inspection to better ensure the rights and interests of both parties.
Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not implement a three-pack policy for all toy products we sell. If there are problems after use, we will not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer.
Although our company has quality inspectors to conduct strict checks on products at the production, production process, and post-production stages to ensure that the quality of the products is 100% without any problems before shipment, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 98% of the products will be free of quality issues upon arrival, with the remaining 2% falling within the scope of exemptions.
