1. Product Pricing

The general price is based on the listing on Ali's website. All quotes are the factory price, excluding freight and other expenses. All payments are settled in RMB (unit: yuan).

Section 2: About Color Difference
Due to the influence of weather, light, and other factors, as well as the different resolutions of displays, there may be certain color differences, which cannot be avoided and do not constitute quality issues. Our products are all photographed from actual items, and we strive to provide you with comprehensive image displays.
3. Freight Issues
If the quantity is small, it can be sent by courier. If the quantity is large, it can be sent by logistics. The cost of courier or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any costs. (Note: the freight of the goods, we can only help the buyer estimate, the actual freight is the main amount when the goods are picked up, the shipping time is within our control, but the arrival time of the freight station is beyond our control, please understand!)
IV. Receipt Instructions
1. When buyers pick up their goods from the logistics company, they should inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and tampered with, please open and count the goods in front of the logistics company to resolve any discrepancies. 2. Buyers who send express deliveries are requested to sign for the parcel when they receive it, and to verify the contents on the spot. Please especially check for any missing items or damaged products if the outer packaging is damaged. Only after verification can you sign. If you find: incorrect quantity, damaged goods, please do not sign immediately and seal it back in its original condition, and contact us in front of the courier. We will then contact the courier company to resolve the issue. If the quantity is inaccurate after signing, we have the right to refuse to handle it. Please pay attention.
Section 5: About Shipping
This factory mainly exports to the foreign trade market. Due to the rapid shipment of toy products, there are often stockouts, especially during the peak season for online sales, which increases toy sales. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available after placing them, so it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will try to arrange early shipment as much as possible. 2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. 3.
