The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to ship as much as we can according to the order, and the remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.
Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or they feel that the materials are not of high quality, or that the products do not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our images are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.
