all products in the store are produced by our factory. Our factory can design samples for free, and those who need customized products can contact our customer service.

2. About size

handmade products vary in size due to differences in weaving techniques. Our default measurement discrepancy is between 3% and 5%. I hope you will understand. If you need to measure the diameter, please contact customer service. Thank you for your understanding!

3. About color

because of the difference between the display and the electroplating batch, there will be some errors. If you have special needs for color, you can take photos on your mobile phone to confirm

4. About customer service

the normal working hours of the customer service are 8:30-22:30 in the morning. You can also shop in self-service without customer service. If you have special requirements, you can leave a message. We will handle it for you as soon as possible!

5. About after-sales service

if our products have quality problems, they can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. The seller shall bear the freight, and the freight shall be paid in advance by the buyer. After receiving the goods, contact customer service to transfer the freight back. Thank you for your cooperation; if there is no product quality problem, the buyer shall bear the corresponding freight for the return and exchange.

6. About delivery

our products are basically in stock. Normally, orders placed before 17:50 on the same day will be delivered on the same day. If the product is out of stock for 48 hours and cannot be shipped, the customer service will contact you for the specific production time, whether to resend it or refund it first.
