Color difference explanation:Due to the differences in the background, lighting, and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are subject to actual items. Most jewelry is handmade, and if you are very sensitive to color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before placing an order.

About Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day. In the event of stockouts, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated picking personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirmation, they will be placed in a bubble-wrapped 5-layer corrugated box and sent out.

Express Logistics: 03Our default delivery is by ZTO Express. If you require another courier service, please contact our online customer service. If the courier does not reach your location or if you need the goods urgently, please contact customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For large consignments, please inform customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will enable you to pick up the goods at the shortest time and the nearest location. Please note, courier and logistics services are beyond our control, and please do not use the service attitude or the time it takes to arrive as a basis for evaluating us.

04 About Receiving: Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the claim or refuse to sign directly with the delivery personnel.

05 About After-sales Service:Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality problems. We will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to subjective factors such as personal preference, significant differences from the images, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as expected, the product is not allowed to be returned or exchanged. However, if there are objective quality issues such as rust, peeling paint, or lost diamonds, we will provide a refund or exchange.
