After placing an order, if you need to modify the delivery method and pay additional shipping fees, please contact customer service to make the necessary adjustments and note the corresponding shipping method.
If there are any problems during the courier transportation process, please contact the online customer service or call the official telephone of the corresponding courier company as soon as possible.

2. Return and Exchange Process:
Return orders should be directly contacted with our customer service, and then an application for a refund should be made on the Ali platform (only applicable to orders that have been shipped and received by the customer).
After contacting our customer service, you need to re-purchase the style you want to replace and make the payment. The previous order should be applied for a refund. Note: shipping fees are not refundable for non-quality issues.
Return the order, please fill out the return express shipping number as soon as possible in the sales back-end. If the shipping number is not filled in, the transaction will not be processed for a refund after the success.

If you want to refund an order that has already been shipped, please contact our customer service first to handle the interception.
