Is shipping included?
Because the profit margin is very thin for direct factory supply, there is no free shipping. We hope you can understand. The shipping fee is collected by the buyer. The main reason for the seller to bear the shipping fee is to facilitate the buyer's payment.
How do I ship?
Due to the heavy nature of the goods, they are typically shipped via general logistics (cargo). If you require express delivery services such as Deyong or courier, please call the customer service and clearly state your requirements. By default, the logistics service will reach the city or county. It is generally not possible to deliver to towns or districts. If there are special requirements to deliver to a district or town, please contact customer service to make arrangements. How long does it take for logistics?

Normally, for remote areas, it takes 4-7 days after shipping, and for provincial logistics, it takes 3-7 days! 5. Shipping time?

Receiving Standards

2. Since our shipments are all made by logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there will be very rare losses in normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Due to the occurrence of cases such as transportation damage, we do not assume the risk of transportation parties. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with a normal handling fee of 3%-5%. Please carefully check the goods before picking up.

After-sales service:

About the sample:
We only support sample delivery for some of our products. If you need a sample, you can communicate with our customer service first. If the re-order quantity reaches a certain amount within 15 days, we can refund one sample fee or reduce the sample price difference. Samples are not supported for returns.
