Our definition of [quality issues]:

2. Bag shortage, fading, quantity, etc. are all quality problems.
3. The bag is zipper head or cannot be pulled open, which is a quality problem. However, the damage caused by improper use of the zipper or the problem that can be handled by yourself is not a quality problem.
4. Others (such as fine offset printing, chalk printing, wired head, small pinholes, and slight rust on metal parts) are not quality problems.
5. The wired head or stitching of the bag is not relatively neat, some thread ends are loose, and the color of the physical bag is not as good as imagined, which is not a quality problem.
6. The damage of bags caused by overload load is not a quality problem.
7. The deformation, damage and high temperature dyeing of bags after high temperature, exposure to the sun or rain are not quality problems.
8. The deformation and damage of bags caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, Snatch, traffic accident, etc.) are not quality problems.
9. Leather changes and cracking caused by careless maintenance during the use of bags (especially genuine leather products) are not quality problems.
10. The bag has peculiar smell. Due to the large shipment volume of the bag, we pack new goods in time every day. Sometimes the oil edge is not dry, and it will disappear after opening for a few days. This is not a quality problem.
11. Zipper cotton lining (due to bag color, factory batch, zipper head, lining may be different) these are not quality problems.
12. Due to different batches of bags, there may be (lining pattern color, base material thickness, zipper cloth color), which are not quality problems.
13. A large number of wholesale customers shall be subject to the oral or written agreement with the customer service. If all customers are returned due to customer preferences or other problems, the customer shall bear the return freight, fixed in stock due to the large amount, we only refund 30% of the goods at most.
