1. Wholesale Explanation

Section Two: Transaction Process
1. Customers select goods, place orders, and make payments (if you have any questions about product information or other matters, please contact customer service for consultation).
2. Upon receiving the payment, the goods will be dispatched according to the customer's requirements (if the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to inquire about their preference for a replacement item, a different color, or a refund for the individual product).
3. After the goods are checked and sealed, the shipment will be made within about 72 hours according to the customer's selected method. If there are holidays, events, etc., the shipment may be postponed.
After the shipment, we will leave a message for the client via SMS, Alipay, etc., and inform them of the shipping order number.
III. Freight Charges and Invoice Instructions

3. We will resolve minor product defects, such as peeling or delamination, through good communication and after-sales service with you.
4. If you need accessories, they will be sent out when you place your next order. If you need to return the product, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Since it's wholesale, the quantity of shipments is huge, and it's impossible to check each one to see if there might be minor flaws. Potential issues include products being sent incorrectly, quality problems, damaged packaging, and damaged goods due to transportation pressure or minor flaws in the product.
5. If you have any questions after receiving the goods, you can contact your customer service. To better handle the after-sales service for you.
6. If we deliver the goods in time, but the delay in delivery due to the freight forwarding company or other causes, we will not assume any responsibility or compensation.
7. Customers are required to check the quantity and quality of the goods within 3 days of receipt, and to report any issues to after-sales customer service for resolution in a timely manner. Any complaints submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted. If there are no objections within 3 days after the arrival of the goods, it will be considered that there are no problems with this cooperation and the transaction will be considered completed. Subjective dissatisfaction or returns based on imagined issues without actual quality problems will not be accepted. All goods are carefully inspected and professionally packaged before shipment.
Before returning the product, please communicate with our customer service to confirm the product category and quantity. If the return is made without any prior notice, we will not process it. The returned product must retain its original packaging and bear the risk of damage. If the returned product is damaged, we will not refund.
9. Please do not return non-company products to us, as it will cause inconvenience when we try to return them to you. If there are any quality issues with the product, and if it has a warranty card, please follow the warranty provisions on the card.
