Regarding packaging: Due to the inherent challenges of shipping, especially for products in blister packaging (e.g., head-turning dolls), we recommend that customers who have strict packaging requirements should purchase the entire box to ensure that the products inside the original shipping box are less likely to be damaged.

6. About returns: Please communicate with the seller before deciding to return the product to discuss the reasons for the return, the address, and the details of the shipping costs. If the return is made without prior agreement, we will not accept it.
