1. Production process: cutting, pressing, rough polishing, fine polishing, drilling, carving, sandblasting, adhesive application, quality inspection, packaging.
2. Crystal product processing classification: cut, flat, cut plus flat, and hand carving, four types.
3. Crystal Processing Craft Description: ①. Cutting: Using a large saw blade to saw the material at high speed to create the desired shape and size, usually about 3mm higher than the final product. ②. Pressing the embryo: Using a mold to create the desired size and shape of the finished product, then melting the raw material at a high temperature of over 900°C and pouring it into the mold to press cast. ③. Rough polishing: After the mold presses out the rough embryo, the diamond disc is used to grind the finished product directly. ④. Fine polishing: After rough polishing, the polished powder is used to grind the finished product to a transparent and crystal clear finish. ⑤. Drilling: Before the crystal product is completed, the size and position of the required hole are processed with a drill bit, such as for watch components, pen holders, bottle holes, etc. ⑥. Silkscreen printing: The crystal surface is coated with different color pigments for effect treatment, with a thicker color layer that can only be removed after pressure. ⑦. Electroplating: Using a similar electroplating technique to apply different colors to the crystal surface, with a thinner layer that can be scratched by friction, showing scratches. Since the electroplating is often located at the bottom, it is often attached to other objects at the bottom, such as zodiac charms. ⑧. Carving: Strong sense of three-dimensionality, high craftsmanship, fine workmanship, and higher cost. It is divided into hand-carved patterns and machine-carved characters. ⑨. Sandblasting: Relatively weak sense of three-dimensionality, relatively flat, sandblasted on the crystal product, with a sense of touch. After machine carving characters and patterns, the effect treatment is performed. The cost is relatively low compared to carving, and the production speed is fast. ⑩. Laser interior carving: Using computer-assisted laser equipment to form three-dimensional patterns on the crystal product, with realistic images and good artistic effect, and can be made into various shapes, such as corporate logos.

2. Planar processing refers to the operations performed on the flat surfaces of general crystal products, such as planing, polishing, etc.
